Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and authenticity cards, and securely seal the box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our atelier inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
